Please contact us if you wish to cancel your contract and return items up to 7 working days after the day of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Although you needn't give us a reason for cancellation, we would love to hear why.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted in cases where the items were faulty on delivery.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected by us on receipt; items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Return of faulty goods must be made to us within 14 days of being received by you.
REFUNDS | EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.
Please return items in their original packaging without use of or damage to the goods.
For all returns (except where the item is faulty) you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. If you do not return the goods delivered to you, or you do not pay the costs of delivery, we will deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be refunded to you.
We recommend that you use a delivery service that provides proof of delivery with insurance to cover the value of the goods should they be lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds to credit and debit cards usually clear within 3 working days. Refunds to PayPal accounts may take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal's own regulations.
Any refunds will be made to the same card and account used by you to purchase the goods.
The terms above do not affect your statutory rights.
